Versatile
Espresso-Go brews both cold and hot espresso by controlling water temperature and pressure. For hot espresso, it heats water to around 195-205°F and uses 19 bars of pressure to extract flavors from coffee grounds. To make cold espresso, it uses room temperature or slightly warmed water for a slow extraction. Espresso-Go manages this versatility through it's proprietary, efficient thermal control and pressure management systems.
