How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start processing your order quickly. If you need to make changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to the USA, Canada and UK. For orders within the United States, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days. International customers should expect 10-21 business days for delivery, depending on customs processing.

How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@kitchenklout.com . After submitting your return request please wait for instructions on how to proceed with your return. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Do you offer refunds for damaged or faulty items?
Absolutely! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
